DEFINITIONS & SCOPE
Service Eligibility
ClickMetric provides specialized B2B services. To utilize our mobile UA (User Acquisition) research or technical optimization tools, you must be a registered business entity or an independent developer of legal age. Our tools are optimized for the Turkish gaming ecosystem but are available globally, subject to local compliance.
Users are responsible for ensuring their mobile applications comply with regional laws, including the Turkish KVKK (Personal Data Protection Law) when targeting players within Turkey.
Intellectual Property
All code snippets, performance algorithms, and the 'Metric Matrix' visualization methodology found on this site are the exclusive property of ClickMetric. We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to view our public documentation. Any unauthorized scraping, cloning, or redistribution of our gaming market analysis is strictly prohibited.

Liability & System

ClickMetric provides its tools on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive for 99.9% uptime for our Turkish data nodes, we cannot be held responsible for revenue loss due to unforeseen carrier outages or App Store algorithm shifts.
In no event shall ClickMetric, its directors, or its Turkish app market consultants be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our optimization services.
Account Termination Protocol
Identifying Violation
Our system flags unusual API call patterns or unauthorized redistribution of Turkish market sentiment data.
Technical Suspension
Access to the ClickMetric dashboard is temporarily gated. The UA manager is notified via the primary contact email registered to the studio.
Resolution or Purge
Following a 14-day review period, the account is either restored once compliance is met or permanently purged from our encrypted server clusters.
Governance & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these terms will be settled in the courts of Istanbul (Çağlayan). We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time with notification of significant changes to active seat-holders.
